For Mike DiGirolamo, the most rewarding part of advising is the moment a client recognizes that a long-held goal is finally within reach, whether that means retiring on their own terms or making a significant purchase once thought out of range. These achievements are built through education, thoughtful planning, and a clear understanding of each client's unique circumstances. Before recommending any strategy, Mike takes the time to understand where clients are today, what they hope to achieve, and what matters most to them.
A graduate of Ramapo College with a degree in finance, Mike joined the Financial Service Industry Full Time in 2018 after completing an internship in 2017 while still in school. His days are spent largely in client conversations, helping individuals and families organize their finances, define their priorities, and build a clear sense of where they stand. That clarity, more than any single recommendation, is what he considers the real value of his role.
Originally from Dumont, New Jersey, Mike now lives in Lincoln Park with his wife, Rachel, whom he married in 2025. He serves as a lecturer at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church and spends his time outside the office golfing, playing baseball, and hiking, with a particular interest in visiting the country's national parks.
