Samantha Konner serves as Chief Operating Officer at Proviser Financial, where she works with dentists and physicians across the country, helping them navigate the financial decisions that come with every stage of their careers. From graduating residency and purchasing disability, life, and malpractice insurance to financing and protecting a dental practice, Samantha is passionate about simplifying complex decisions and building long-term relationships with her clients.
A large part of Samantha's work takes place in front of classrooms and conference audiences. She is a frequent speaker at dental schools, residency programs, and professional events nationwide, educating future doctors on the financial and insurance planning strategies they will rely on throughout their careers. Many of those presentations lead to relationships that continue for years as clients transition from students to practice owners.
Before joining Proviser Financial, Samantha spent nearly a decade in hospitality, where she developed a deep appreciation for exceptional client service and relationship building. She brought that same philosophy to Proviser, the firm founded by her mother, Cathy Konner, where she now oversees the firm's operations while continuing to advise clients. She believes the best financial relationships are built on trust, accessibility, and being there when clients need guidance most.
One of the defining moments in Samantha's career came early on when she unexpectedly presented solo to more than eighty dental residents after weather delays prevented her colleagues from attending. The experience confirmed what she had already begun to discover: she loved educating young professionals and helping them feel confident about their financial futures.
Outside the office, Samantha enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, with Kyoto ranking among her favorite destinations. She is also actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation through the annual Tee Off for the Kids golf outing and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew.
